3. Billing and Subscriptions

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NextPOS Technologies Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
